Vegetable Stock

Ingredients:
  • 1 carrot chopped
  • 1 celery chopped
  • 1 whole sweet corn
  • 1/4 cup dries soy bean
  • 2 lit water
Procedure:
  1. in a pot add all ingredients ... bring to a boil covered ... simmered for 1.5 hours ... skim off skum
  2. strain and cool stock ... ready for use ( freeze for future use)
