Fried Rice

Ingredients:
  • 200 g lean minced meat
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp so oil
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetable
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • to taste salt
  • to taste papper

Procedure:
  1. marinate meat with light soy sauce ... set aside for 10 mins
  2. in wok ... heat oil ... add garlic ... fried till fragrant
  3. add marinated meat ... cooked till done
  4. add frozen vegetables ... cook till dry
  5. add cooked rice ... stir well ... season with salt, pepper
  6. create a well .. pour in the egg .. scramble ... mic well with the rice
  7. serve hot
