- 200 g lean minced meat
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp so oil
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetable
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 beaten eggs
- to taste salt
- to taste papper
Procedure:
- marinate meat with light soy sauce ... set aside for 10 mins
- in wok ... heat oil ... add garlic ... fried till fragrant
- add marinated meat ... cooked till done
- add frozen vegetables ... cook till dry
- add cooked rice ... stir well ... season with salt, pepper
- create a well .. pour in the egg .. scramble ... mic well with the rice
- serve hot
