- 1 tsp oil
- 1 thumbsize ginger, chopped
- 1 clove garic, chopped
- 4 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp ligh soy sauce
- 2 1/2 tbsp brown ssugar
- 4 tbs water
- 800 g chicken, skinned, cu into pieces
- 1/3 thumb size ginger
- 4 cloves garli
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
Terriyaki Sauce Procedure:
- heat oil... fry chopped ginger, garlic till fragrant
- add rremaining ingredient ... simmer for 10 mins
- strain sauce before serving
- blend ginger, garlic into paste with water
- marinate chicken in ginger,garlic paste with salt
- heat oil ... stir fry chicken till brown
- drain excess oil ... cook under grill till chicken iis done
- remove from heat ... set aside
- serve chicken with terriyaki sauce
