- 150 g brown rice
- 150 g white rice
- 100 g chicken, skinless, minced
- 60 g broccoli, blanched, chopped
- 100 g sweet corn kennels
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
Procedure:
- wash rice ... soak brown rice for 30 mins - 2 hours
- cook 1 cup of brown rice with 2 1/2 cup water ... for 20-35 mins .. use less water for chewier testure
- heat wok ... add oil, chicken ... stir fry till cooked ... set aside
- stir fry egg ... scramble style
- add brown and white rice .... stir fry till fragrant
- add water to soften rice ... allow riceto absorb flavor
- add broccoli, corn ... stir fry
- add seasoning, chicken ... mix well
- served hot
